Fortitude Strengthens Lives
Fortitude offers several eight-week programs designed to teach critical life skills, along with an introduction to the construction trades. Each cohort will consist of 300 hours - 120 in “Life Mastery” and 180 in Trades Introduction. Participants will also obtain six industry certifications through their Fortitude experience: OSHA 10, Hilti Tools, Forklift, Boom lift, Scissor lift, and Flagger - enabling our graduates to go confidently into the industry and begin their careers.

Come join us for one of our live “Exploring Construction Careers” events and meet experienced craftspeople in the trades. This half-day experience is designed for those interested in a construction career to experience what it might be like to work on a commercial job site.
