Fortitude Strengthens Futures
Fortitude offers free eight-week programs designed to teach critical life skills, along with an introduction to the construction trades. Each cohort will consist of 300 hours - 120 in “Life Mastery” (interpersonal communication, relationship management, financial literacy, and career services) and 180 in Trades Introduction. Participants will also obtain six industry certifications through their Fortitude experience: OSHA 10, Hilti Tools, Forklift, Boom lift, and Scissor lift - enabling our graduates to go confidently into the industry and begin their careers.

Join us for an Exploring Construction Careers (ECC) event and experience the trades firsthand. Designed for high school juniors and seniors, this half-day experience includes a commercial jobsite tour and the opportunity to meet industry professionals and explore career pathways in the trades.
